临床意义
       PR 阳性表达于细胞核内。 PR 全长由 933 个氨基酸残基组成，存在两种异构体，PR-A 和 PR-B，在正常子宫内 膜及乳腺的上皮细胞中存在表达。PR 在正常乳腺组织中均有表达，乳腺癌 PR 的阳性率约为 50%。PR 阳性意味着 肿瘤对内分泌治疗反应性高， PR 阳性患者较 PR 阴性患者有较好的预后。PR 对转移性乳腺癌无特异性，但在某些 鉴别诊断方面可能有一定的作用。一般认为 PR 可能仅存在于激素反应性组织（包括乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌 的某些亚型中）。
